The Carnegie Science Center is offering tours of the USS Requin on Sunday and Aug. 23. Registration is required.

The Old Stone House hosts a French and Indian War Weekend from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. Included are a living history encampment, military demonstrations, and battle re-enactments. Admission is $3 per person or $8 per family. Mars Shortline Railroad has tiny train rides available. Weather permitting, adults and children can catch rides from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Fridays and 1 to 4 p.m. Saturdays through September at the Mars History and Landmark Society's restored small scale B&O Train Station south of downtown at 1 Brickyard Road. REGIONDrake Well Museum, 202 Museum Lane, Titusville, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday will host a program in which visitors can compare 19th century oil field technology to that used by the industry today. Admission is $10 for ages 12 to 64, $8 for senior citizens, and $5 for youths ages 3 to 11. Active military and their families are admitted free. A special rate available for families is $20 for two adults and three children.
