Dr. Bradley K. Eppinger

Dr. Bradley K. Eppinger, 55, of Sharon passed away Friday in his home after an extended illness.

Dr. Eppinger was born on Sept. 26, 1958, in Ellwood City, a son of Bill and Marlene Eppinger.

He was a podiatrist for more than 25 years in Sharon, and he also practiced in Grove City, Ellwood City and Zelienople.

He was a member of the Greenville Sportsmen's Club and the Western Reserve Fish and Game Club. He enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing and skeet shooting.

Surviving are his wife of nearly 25 years, the former Debbie Batanian; his father, Bill Eppinger (Angie) of Zelienople; his sister, Melissa Davis (Bruce) of Pittsburgh, and their children, Kelly and Kevin; his mother-in-law, Mary A. Batanian of Sharon; and two brothers-in-law, Larry Batanian (Tricia) of Pennington, N.J. and their son, Michael, and David Batanian (Sally), Chicago and his sons, Alex and Kiel.

Dr. Eppinger was preceded in death by his mother, Marlene K. Eppinger, and his father-in-law, Sonny Batanian.

The family has a heartfelt thank you to Hospice of the Valley, particularly nurse Lynn Bousner, for their exceptional care during this difficult time.

Eppinger — The calling hours for Dr. Bradley K. Eppinger, who passed away Friday, Jan. 17, 2014, will be from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, at the J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home, 1090 E. State St., Sharon. A private service will be held for the family.In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Hospice of the Valley, 225 Villa Marie Road, P.O.
