Louise M. Palmer White
Louise M. Palmer White, 88, of Harmony passed away Wednesday at the Passavant Retirement Community in Zelienople.
Born on Dec. 25, 1925, in Marion Township, she was the daughter of the late Shelley and Ruth Tucker Palmer Sr.
Louise was a longtime faithful member of the Portersville Bible Church.
In 1999, she retired as a LPN from the Passavant Retirement Community.
During her free time, she enjoyed making ceramics, but she especially loved gardening and admiring birds.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her two children, Terry M. Getsay of Export and Debi L. Goehring of Schylkill Haven; her two sisters, Juanita Eppinger (Rich) of Zelienople and Judith Barnhart of Harmony; her five grandchildren, Teri Ann Getsay (Chris) of Butler, Shane Getsay (Bonnie) of Evans City, Heidi Yoder (Karl) of Sherman, Texas, Matthew Goehring (Aprile) of Auburn and Chad Goehring (Tara) of St. Simons Island, Ga.; her 10 great-grandchildren, Stephanie (Zac), Jordan, Caden, Travis, Abigail, Connor, Madison, Faith, Lily and Rachel; her two great-great-grandchildren, Karter and Kyler; and her two sisters-in-law, Sandra Palmer of Zelienople and Darlene Palmer of Enon Valley.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Linda Getsay, and her nine brothers and sisters, Marie, Lois, Virginia, James, John, Elizabeth, Madeline, Shelley and Thomas.

Palmer White, who passed away Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2014, from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday at the BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME, 856 Evans City Road, Renfrew, where her Celebration of Life Ceremony will be at 4:30 p.m. with the Pastor Mike Charles officiating. She will be laid to rest at the Mt.
