Douglas “Dougie” Brian Bartmas Jr.

Douglas “Dougie” Brian Bartmas Jr., 25, of Portersville passed away Sunday in the comfort of his home.

Born May 6, 1991, in Butler, he was the son of Douglas Brian Bartmas and Lorie Coulter Bartmas of Portersville.

Dougie was a dedicated member of Faith Fellowship Alliance Church and proudly achieved a third-degree black belt in karate. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing, riding quads, listening to music and playing video games. He will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered.

In addition to his parents, Dougie is survived by his paternal grandparents, Glenn Bartmas and Winona Stamm Bartmas of Butler; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, William and Paulette Coulter; two uncles, William Coulter Jr. and Glenn Bartmas Jr.; and his cousin, Kash Meals.

BARTMAS — Friends of Douglas “Dougie” Brian Bartmas Jr., who died Sunday, Nov. 6, 2016, will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Boylan Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 856 Evans City Road, Renfrew.A funeral ceremony will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with the Rev. Richard Jenks, pastor of Faith Fellowship Alliance Church, officiating. He will be laid to rest at Prairie Cemetery in Harrisville.Expressions of sympathy may be shared with Dougie's family at www.boylanfuneralservices.com.
