PA Cyber
Serving students in kindergarten through 12th grade, PA Cyber’s online learning environments, personalized instructional methods, and curricula choices connect students and their families with state-certified and highly qualified teachers, and rich academic content that is aligned to Pennsylvania standards.
As a public school, PA Cyber is open for enrollment by any school-aged child residing in Pennsylvania, and does not charge tuition. Students receive free laptops, instructional materials and Internet access, and have an adviser serving as liaison, mentor and monitor.
PA Cyber offers an unprecedented degree of flexibility: students have more course choices, different options for how and when they access instruction, and interact with teachers and peers. Parents and other caring adult mentors have the opportunity to be more active participants in the teaching and learning process.
PA Cyber’s rich curriculum features 250 courses that go beyond core subjects, offering seven foreign languages, an engineering track and a science series. Students struggling academically receive additional help from compassionate, trained staff.
The school maintains a network of support offices throughout the state that provide in-person art enrichment classes, orientation, test preparation, tutoring and enrollment services. It is the only cyber school in Pennsylvania to earn accreditation from the prestigious Middle States Association.
“Imagine your child brighter, happier and more confident,” PA Cyber officials said. “Imagine your child at PA Cyber, where the learning never stops.”
