Mary Jane Truver Oblack Moser

Mary Jane Truver Oblack Moser, 90, formerly of Butler, died peacefully Tuesday at the Meadowbrook Care Center, Cincinnati, Ohio.

Born Oct. 16, 1925, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of late Howard F. and Pearl (Bowers) Truver.

Mrs. Moser was retired from American Water Works, where she was a secretary for 23 years.

She was a member of the Grace@Calvary Lutheran Church. She enjoyed bowling and picnics. Spending time with family and friends was her greatest joy.

Surviving are her daughter, Donna L. Oblack of Cincinnati; two stepsons, David and his wife, Nancy, and Jerrold and his wife, Deanna Moser; and one stepdaughter, Brenda and her husband, Robert Greenert, all of Butler; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; one brother, Edward Truver of Valencia; and one sister, Delores Galenec of Pittsburgh.

Mrs. Moser was preceded in death by her first husband, Harold M. Oblack; her second husband, Dean L. Moser; her son, Paul W. Oblack; and one brother, Harold C. Truver.

MOSER — Friends of Mary Jane Truver Oblack Moser, who died Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2015, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler.A memorial service will be will be in January at a date and time to be announced later.A private burial will take place at the Glade Run Cemetery.Memorials are suggested to the Grace@Calvary Lutheran Church, 123 E.
