Ruth Anne “Ruthie” Day Cross Crenshaw, 84, of Madison, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Easter Sunday, April 17, 2022, in St. Petersburg, Fla.

Ruthie was born on April 5, 1938, in Butler, the daughter of the late Carl M. and Dora Milford Day.

Ruthie leaves behind her husband of 33 years Donald “Mike” Crenshaw and children Steven (Chris) Cross of Cascade, Mont., Susan Cross (Dan Patton) Kirschner of Harrisville, Sean (Sandra) Crenshaw of North Highlands, Calif., and Jennifer (Maryann Gear) Crenshaw of Geneva, Ohio. She has 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister, Jane Juth, and a brother, John Day, along with one uncle, many cousins, nieces and a nephew.

CRENSHAW — A private family service will be observed at a later date for Ruth Anne “Ruthie” Day Cross Crenshaw, who died Sunday, April 17, 2022.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in her name to the American Cancer Society or the Hilliards Methodist Church, 103 Railroad St., Hilliards, PA 16040.
