Man who acted out in county building charged with 5 offenses
Bryan L. Conner, the 26-year-old West Sunbury man who was arrested in the county government center today after he stormed out of a meeting, has been charged in the incident.
The charges are institutional vandalism for breaking a door; terroristic threats for actions against sheriff’s deputies, recklessly endangering others, making false identification to authorities and disorderly conduct.
He was placed in the county prison.
A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for 3 p.m. Monday.
