WINFIELD TWP — Concordia Lutheran Ministries will hold its Oktoberfest from 3 to 8 p.m. Saturday behind the Lund Care Center on Marwood Road. A fireworks display will be held at 7:45 p.m.Entertainment will include the North Star Kids, strolling accordionist Conrad Ostertag and more. A caricature artist, petting zoo, pony rides, games, crafts and hayrides will be available for children. A bus will transport guests on tours of Saxony Farm Estate and the Haven I and Lund Assisted Living buildings will be open.
