James Holcombe
James Henry Holcombe Jr., 58, of Butler, left his earthly home to go to his heavenly home the morning of Monday, July 12, 2021, after a long illness.
He was born in Butler on April 21, 1963, and was the son to C. Joan (Gould) Holcombe and the late James Henry Holcombe Sr. of Butler.
He graduated from Butler High School in 1981 and attended Butler County Community College and Edinboro College. He attended Graceway Community Church.
James worked as a health care aide in Ohio and, upon returning to Butler, he worked for AK Steel and for API.
He is survived by his beloved daughter, Rosie Holcombe and grandson, Jack Schultz from Lorain, Ohio; and siblings Paula (Les) Chaney, Patsy (Mick) Zaccari, Barry (Pam) Stein, Bill (Leeann) Stein and Jeff (Kim) Holcombe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Holcombe Jr. — Family and friends of James H. Holcombe Jr., who died Monday, July 12, 2021, are invited to a memorial celebration from 2 to 3 p.m. Monday July 26, 2021, in SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.
