In memory of Donald Spillane

July 12, 1962 - May 14, 2010

The last evening of your life you were on a leisurely motorcycle ride through McConnells Mills with family and friends. You were stopped by a frantic young girl pleading for help for her friend, who had fallen off a cliff. Without a second thought you went to her aide. In doing so you sacrificed your life trying to save another. A full life with a loving, wife, two beautiful daughters, a son-in-law, an adorable grandson and many other friends and family members who loved you.

In that moment you defined the true person you were and the love you had in your heart for all people. You are a hero and an angel in our eyes and will never be forgotten.
