SV grad Minton honored at Thiel
GREENVILLE — Thiel College's 2005 football team — featuring Seneca Valley graduate Steve Minton at running back — were enshrined into the school's Athletic Hall of Fame over the weekend.
Minton, inducted into the Thiel Hall of Fame as an individual in 2019, rushed for 1,066 yards and 19 touchdowns for the Tomcats in 2005. The 19 touchdowns and his 114 points remain Thiel single-season records.
