Jill Colangeli as payroll and benefits administrator; board President John Kennedy abstained from the vote due to a personal connection
Jacquelyn Klingeman as a confidential secretary
Bonnie Herp and Thomas Mathison for conducting custodial checks
Michael Fabian, Horace King and Diane Bauer as substitutes

Education and special education services with Allegheny Intermediate Unit 3 for next year
A summer contract with The Children’s Institute
A contract renewal with Nutrition Inc. for the elementary program
Extending a contract with Rivers Pediatric Therapies through July 31
A $95,000 purchase of switches for network infrastructure upgrades
First Commonwealth Bank, First Commonwealth Trust Co., Mars National Bank, Citizens Bank, PNC Bank, S&T Bank and NexTier Bank as 2020-21 depositories
A student assistance agreement with Butler County Human Services Center for Community Resources
Posting policy 355 (family and medical leaves) for review and tabling policy 237 (electronic devices and personal technology resources)
An agreement with Mars Area Baseball Association for the use of district bathrooms
A $33,720 low bid from Vogel Disposal Services for a three-year services contract
A $3,026 low bid from Terminix for a one-year pest control services contract
A $1,356 donation from Apples for the Students
The board met in executive session June 3, 4, 11 and 23 for matters of personnel and legal discussion.
