Benjamin “Ben” D. Wallace, 33, of Buckhannon, W.Va., went to be with Jesus Thursday, April 14, 2022, as a result of natural causes.

He was born Aug. 3, 1988, in Jeannette, Pa., a son of Pastor Mark and Alynda Roberston Wallace of Chicora. On May 31, 2014, he married the love of his life, Keri Boyles.

In addition to his parents and wife, he is survived by three daughters, Layla, Ashlyn and Kylee Wallace, all of Buckhannon; his sisters, Christy Bryner and her husband, Rusty, of Washington, Pa., and Sarah Harley and her husband, Jon, of Chesapeake, Va.; one brother, Josh Wallace, of Henrico, Va.; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mark and Lawayne Boyles; two sisters-in-law, Kodi Hoblit and her husband, Seth, of Basin, WY, and Kassie Boyles of Branson, Mo.; and seven nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by one miscarried baby.

Ben was above all an amazing father, husband, son, brother and friend, who loved his family dearly. He enjoyed hunting, hiking, biking and most of all, spending time with his wife and little girls.

WALLACE — Friends of Benjamin “Ben” D. Wallace, who died Thursday, April 14, 2022, will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, April 20, 2022, at POLING-ST. CLAIR FUNERAL HOME, 95 S. Kanawha St., Buckhannon, W.Va.

Ben will lie in state from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at Buckhannon Alliance Church, where a funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Dr. Jeffrey Norris and Pastor Don Paulson co-officiating.
