Unions advocate for the people?

I have been a pro-union person for a long time seeing that they were an advocate for the people standing in the gap for them so they could prosper in every way.

However, the makeup of many things in America has changed since January of 2016 and sometime earlier.

First of all, the Democrats were always the party that was considered to be pro-union and this has changed.

Quite frankly, what the Democrat candidates are proposing for the American people (mainly Socialism and Green Deal) would be our destruction.

So, this question keeps running through my head and that is: How could a union justify endorsing a Democrat candidate which would destroy the livelihood of the American people?

Considering my pro-union stance thus far, I’m going to be watching to see who the unions endorse. Who they endorse will, prove to me, if they are an advocate for the people or not?
