The Butler Ghost Walk will take place at 7:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays from Oct. 24 to Nov. 1. The 60-minute event begins in Diamond Park directly across from the Butler County Courthouse. The walk takes spectators on a guided tour to experience the ghosts from Butler’s historic past through tour guide Bill May’s stories of Sam Mohawk, the old hospital, the phantom Civil War regiment and others. The Old Stone House has public tours between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Saturdays and noon and 5 p.m. Sundays through Oct. 26. Admission is $3 per person or $5 per family. The historic site at the intersection of Routes 8, 173 and 528 in Brady Township is owned and operated by Slippery Rock University. Children’s Museum, Allegheny Square, opens the exhibit “Bounce: Inspired by the World’s Most Amazing Ball!” on Saturday. The annual Tough Art exhibit continues.
