Min Offstein
A life to remember...
Min Offstein, born on Sept. 13, 1926, in Pittsburgh, passed away peacefully on May 25, 2021, at a remarkable age of 94.
Min is survived by her four children, six grandchildren and many beautiful great-grandchildren.
For the last 75 years in Butler, she dedicated herself, selflessly serving and helping others.
Her involvement in the community was exceptional. She was very proud to be a member of Congregation B’nai Abraham, where she served as past president and vice president, sang in the choir, and was a life member of Hadassah.
She took pride in her community, where she served on many boards, as well as participated in many charitable and fundraising events; to name a few, The United Way, Irene Stacy Community Mental Health Center, League of Women Voters, Heart Association, and she was the recipient of the presidential award for the Chamber of Commerce.
OFFSTEIN — Friends of Min Offstein, who died Tuesday, May 25, 2021, will be received from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at Thompson-Miller Funeral Home, 124 E. North St., Butler.
A private graveside service will take place at Congregation B’nai Abraham Cemetery, with Cantor Michal Gray-Schaffer officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s choice of charity.
