The woman who died in a Friday afternoon crash in Center Township has been identified.

According to the Butler County Coroner’s Office, Debbie L. Anthony, 61, of West Sunbury, died from injuries suffered after she drove into a garbage truck around 2:40 p.m. Friday.

Anthony was pronounced dead at the scene.

According to her obituary, Anthony was a member of the Evangelist Church, and she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
