ZELIENOPLE — The Zelienople Rotary Club is requesting donations of household, yard and/or other sellable items for its upcoming yard sale.If area residents have sellable items they would like to donate, they can call 724-272-5422. Rotary Club members will pick up the items.The Rotary Yard Sale will be held Sept. 10 at the English Lutheran Church, 200 E. Grandview Ave. Items are needed weeks in advance so Rotary can prepare the items for sale.The Zelienople Rotary Club provides scholarships to local students; performs community service projects like the Fourth of July Parade; supports international health and education programs; and much more.
The Butler County Humane Society will be holding a rabies clinic from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday. Vaccinations will be given by Dr. Daman. Shots are $8 per animal. Dogs and cats must be more than 3 months old to receive a shot. The clinic is first come, first served, no appointments required. For more information, call the shelter at 724-789-1150.
