Edward K. Walsh
Edward K. Walsh, 84, of Butler passed away Friday at Oakland VA Hospital.
He was born May 11, 1933, in Live Easy, Pa., and was the son of the late William Walsh and Harriet (Murphy) Walsh.
He had attended Faith United Presbyterian Church.
Edward retired from the Butler City Police Deptartment in 1976 and had a life membership in the Butler County Law Enforcement Officers Association.
He owned and operated Four State Remodelers and was a member of A & A Scottish Rite of Freemasonry, the Shrine and the Oriental Band in Joplin, Mo.
He was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of the American Legion Post 117, where he had been a past commander.
Surviving are his wife, Sherron (Williams) Walsh of Arkansas; three daughters, Terri (Bob) Kaylor of Butler, Holly (Steven) Orzechowicz of Miami, Fla., and Robin Walsh of Pittsburgh; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by 12 brothers and sisters.
