Police: Student caught with drug in vape pen
BUTLER TWP — A student was caught red-handed Wednesday selling a hit off a marijuana vape pen to another student at Butler High School, township police said.
The 16-year-old Summit Township boy is facing felony and misdemeanor charges in Butler County juvenile court.
School officials notified police after reporting a student having drugs around 8:45 a.m.
Authorities did not identify the boy, who is charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Police said the investigation continues.
