FOXBURG — Jim Cichra of Island Sports Center carded a 65 and was the winning professional in the 42nd annual American Golf Hall of Fame Pro-Am Sunday at Foxburg Country Club.

John Aubrey Sr. of Aubrey's Dubbs Dred, Marty Rinker of Slippery Rock and Dave Gardner of Montour Country Club in Coraopolis each carded a 68.

Each group in the tournament consisted of a foursome and one Western Pennsylvania professional. The winning team's pro was Bob Salera of Cold Springs Golf Center in Pittsburgh.

The foursome consisted of Jeff Carr, Brandon Gardner, Steve Kelly and Mike Gardner.

The 35th annual Muntz Open will be held at Foxburg Country Club in August.

ERIE — Jerry Uht Park in Erie will host the WPIAL vs. District 10 All-Star Baseball Game at 2 p.m. Saturday.The game will precede the Erie SeaWolves-Harrisburg Senators minor league baseball game.Zach Duggan and Kevan Smith of Seneca Valley are on the WPIALall-star roster while Beau Fisher and Jesse Alfreno of Grove City are on the District 10 squad.

BESSEMER, Pa. — Mike O'Lare, 27, a 1996 Knoch graduate, has been named varsity girls basketball coach at Mohawk High School.Mohawk finished 3-19 overall in Section 2-AAof the WPIALlast season. The team averaged 32.9 points per game.
