Vensel

Glenn E. Vensel, 57, of Hagerstown, Md., passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2022.

He was born in Butler, on March 24, 1965, and was the son of Norma (Logan) and the late Howard Vensel.

Glenn obtained an associate degree in specialized technology from Penn Technical Institute. He later went on to be employed at Thomson Reuters in Washington, D.C.

Glenn enjoyed flying R.C. airplanes and was a member of the Pegasus R.C. Club in Maryland.

Glenn was the brother of Barb (Denny) Stewart, Leonard (Brenda) Vensel and Jim (Ronda) Vensel; and the uncle of Jeanna (Brad) Gathers, Michelle Boss, Tisa (Seth) Campbell, Richard (Casey) Vensel, Shane (Gretchen) Vensel and Edwin Stewart.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Marianne Vensel.

VENSEL — All services for Glenn E. Vensel, who died Sunday, April 3, 2022, will be held privately.

Arrangements are through SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.

Burial will be held privately.
