Donna L. Renfrew

Donna L. Renfrew, 86, of Prospect passed away Sunday at Concordia Lutheran Ministries.

Born Oct. 9, 1930, in Butler, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Emma Pfeifer Wiest.

She was a co-owner of Aland’s Toy Land and a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Butler.

She was an avid golfer and a member of numerous golf clubs.

She was a member of the Elks Auxiliary and was a drum majorette for the Catholic Daughters of America.

Surviving are 10 children, Paula (Ken) Jesteadt of Prospect, Sally (Rick) Bright of Chesapeake, Va., Donna (Ken) Murphy of Butler, John J. (Patty) Chuba of Tennessee, William (Nancy) Chuba of Prospect, Beth (Den) Bollman of Butler, Tracie Mohr of Butler, Wayne (Dawn) Renfrew of Connecticut, Carla (Chuck) Ritchey of Butler and Gwen Matson of Butler; 22 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one brother, Joseph (Betty) Wiest of Butler; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Renfrew, who died Oct. 19, 2002; her stepfather, William Aland; and two grandchildren.

RENFREW — Friends of Donna L. Renfrew, who died Sunday, July 23, 2017, will be received from 3 to 5 p.m. Thursday at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler.

Funeral services will follow at 5 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. The Rev. Joel Benson, pastor of the Trinity Lutheran Church, to officiate. Interment will be at the Butler County Memorial Park.
