A tractor-trailer truck flipped over near the offramp off the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Cranberry around 8:30 a.m. Monday.

Cranberry Township Volunteer Fire Company chief Scott Garing said one person was injured.

The injured person was transported to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh by Cranberry EMS, he said.

“It was a tractor-trailer overturned, and it was hauling white, water-based paint in very large drums,” Garing said. “(The ramp) was down to one lane, but it’s only a lane and a half there. The lane was open, it was just tight getting through.”

Pennsylvania State Police responded to the incident.
