Marjory J. Blackburn
Marjory J. Blackburn, 94, of Sarver passed away Wednesday at her home.
Born Aug. 25, 1921, in Brackenridge, Pa., she was the daughter of Raymond Huston and Sarah Seibert Huston.
Marjory was a member of Westminster United Presbyterian Church in Saxonburg, where she was a member of the LTW Sunday school class. She enjoyed gardening, canning, word search activity books, ceramics and spending time with all the family.
Surviving are three sons, Keith (Donna) Blackburn of Sarver, Kevin (Earla Montgomery) Blackburn of Sarver and Barry (Patty) Blackburn of Sarver; her daughter, Doreen Blackburn of Sarver; her sister, Clara Harbison of Saxonburg; her sister-in-law, Julia Huston of Sarver; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren and one on the way; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clifford Blackburn on Sept. 14, 1982; her daughter, Darla Young; three grandsons; her great-grandson; her brother, William Huston; and two sisters, Frances Geiser and Myrna Huston.
BLACKBURN — Friends of Marjory J. Blackburn, who died Wednesday, Sept. 2, 2015, will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Fox Funeral Home, Saxonburg.Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Westminster Presbyterian Church, Saxonburg, with the Rev.
