James “Bud” Earl Flick

James “Bud” Earl Flick, 99, of Fenelton passed away Sunday at the Orchard of Concordia in Butler.

He was born Nov. 3, 1918, in Fenelton, and was the son of the late Charles E. and Lula Belle (Swigart) Flick.

He was a lifelong resident of the Fenelton area and retired from PennDOT.

Bud was a member of the McKee Chapel in Fenelton and the Masonic Lodge 540 Argyle Lodge in Chicora.

He enjoyed watching baseball and football.

Survivors left to cherish his memory are his wife, Evelyn “Beth” (Sinclair) Flick of Butler; his son, David Earl Flick of Fenelton; his daughter, Karen (William) Freeman of Connoquenessing; his sister, Phyllis (Flick) Shay; his granddaughters, Christa (David) Freeman-Ruzomberka of Pittsburgh and Amanda Freeman of Charlotte, N.C.; and his grandson, Jeffrey (Katie) Freeman of West Chester, Pa.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Joseph Flick, Carl E. Flick, Lula May Patton, Ruth Reichart and William D. Flick.

FLICK — Friends of James “Bud” Earl Flick, who died Sunday, July 29, 2018, will be received from 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday at F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home, 119 Bear St., Worthington.Additional visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at 11 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home. Pastor Michael B.
