Trudy J. Funkhouser

Trudy J. Funkhouser, 57, of Chicora Road, Butler, passed away Tuesday at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Trudy was born in Butler on Nov. 7, 1960. She was the daughter of the late Theodore and Margaret Brown Funkhouser.

She attended school in Butler. She was a homemaker and enjoyed playing bingo and most especially, the company of her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by two daughters, Karen L. Everetts and her husband, Travis, and Kristina S. Funkhouser; four grandchildren, Caitlin, Chloe, Allyssa and McKenzie, all of Butler; three brothers, Robert Brown and his wife, Marsha, of Chicora and William Plunkard and his wife, Angie, of Fenelton, Dave Plunkard and his wife, Alma, of Petrolia; two sisters, Karen Scott and her husband, Robert, of Butler and Lynette Funkhouser and her companion, Brent, of Chicora; as well as a number of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Donovan; and two brothers, Gary Plunkard and Theodore Funkhouser Jr.
