Charges follow incident at house
SEVEN FIELDS — A 47-year-old man is facing several charges after an alleged altercation with police outside a woman’s house Dec. 26.
James McKinney of Ross Township, Allegheny County, is charged with indecent exposure, simple assault, disorderly conduct, harassment and resisting arrest.
McKinney is accused of harassing a woman by banging on her garage door and yelling obscenities outside her house on Jameson Way, according to court documents. Police said he also showed signs of intoxication, though he did not submit to testing and was allegedly uncooperative.
He was arrested, taken to the Evans City-Seven Fields Regional Police Department station and released into the custody of a relative. He is scheduled to appear in district court March 4.
