2 injured in Route 8 crash
Firefighters and police respond to an accident on Route 8 Thursday.
MIDDLESEX TWP — Emergency crews were dispatched today to Route 8 near Cruikshank Road around 6 p.m. for a two-vehicle accident with two injuries reported.
Firefighters from the Middlesex Township and Penn Township departments responded.
One man and one woman were being treated for minor injuries, fire officials said.
The road was briefly closed, but northbound traffic was moving again as of 6:50 p.m.
Township police were investigating the cause of the accident.
