Cathleen “Cathy” M. Smith, 72, of Butler passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 11, 2021.

She was born June 6, 1949, in Butler, and was the daughter of the late Edmund and Ruth Joanne (Sybert) Massart.

Cathleen was known for her kindhearted, funny, and loving personality.

She was a lover of art.

Cathleen was the mother of Tracy Bergbigler, Chad Smith, Melody Fazzino and Tyrone Smith.

She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

Cathleen was preceded in death by her sister, Yvonne Mcafee.
