Jack Sieglen

Jack Elmer Sieglen, 91, of Zelienople, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2020, at Passavant Retirement Community, where he was a resident.

Born Oct. 17, 1928, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Daniel Walter Sieglen and Louise Elizabeth Guwang Sieglen.

Jack leaves behind to cherish his memory, his beloved wife of 70 years, Alice Cornell Sieglen, whom he married July 1, 1950; his daughters, Donna (Jeffrey) Hart of Cranberry Township and Janet (Kenneth) Graber of Fairfax, Va.; his grandsons, Andrew (Lizzie) Hart of Bethel Park and Jeffrey (Jenny) Hart of Columbus, Ohio, and one great-grandchild on the way.

In addition to his parents, Jack was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.

Sieglen — Family of Jack Elmer Sieglen, who died Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2020, will receive friends from 10 a.m. to noon Monday until the time of the funeral ceremony at Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople, with Pastor Freda Snyder, officiating.

Jack will be laid to rest at Mount Royal Cemetery Mausoleum in Shaler Township.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Passavant Retirement Community, 105 Burgess Dr., Zelienople, PA 16063.
