William J. Bajcz Sr.

William J. Bajcz Sr., 79, of Lyndora died Saturday morning at St. John Specialty Care in Mars.

Born Feb. 14, 1937, in Lyndora, he was a son of the late Harry Bajcz and Elizabeth (Isaacs) Bajcz.

He graduated from Butler High School, DeVry Institute of Technology and the Butler County Community College.

He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1955 to 1965, he then worked in the electronics business and started A.M.S. Electronics in 1989.

Surviving are his wife, Ascension Bajcz, whom he married Aug. 3, 1961; two sons, William J. Bajcz Jr. of Lyndora and Maurice J. (Veronica) Bajcz of Pittsburgh; two grandchildren, Tara (Adam) Rearick and Maximilian Bajcz; one great-grandson, Micah Rearick; one son-in-law, Angelo DiMichele of Butler; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Rosary DiMichele, who died Oct. 3, 2014; and two brothers, Harry Bajcz Jr. and Leonard Bajcz.

BAJCZ — Friends of William J. Bajcz Sr., who died Saturday, June 4, 2016, will be received from 6 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Fidelis Roman Catholic Church, 125 Buttercup Road, Meridian. The Rev.
