Larry D. Campbell

Larry D. Campbell, 69, of Gilbert, Ariz., formerly of Seybertown, Bradys Bend Township, died Friday.

Born April 6, 1949, in East Brady, he was the son of Alfred J. and Bernice B. (Tribley) Campbell.

Larry graduated from East Brady High School and the University of Cincinnati.

He was a tool and die designer his entire career for Magnetics in East Butler.

Larry was an avid hunter. He enjoyed biking, boating, being outdoors and walking Seybertown Road. He especially enjoyed teaching his nieces and nephews to water ski on the Allegheny River.

Every year, Larry participated in the Alzheimer's Association walk and he was the chairman for the Butler Chapter of the United Cerebral Palsy Association. He organized many fundraisers and events over the years.

He was a lifelong member of St. Eusebius Roman Catholic Church, where he served as an usher.

He is survived by his wife, Linda C. (Long) Campbell of Gilbert, Ariz., whom he married on Aug. 25, 2007; his stepchildren, Laura (Chris) Martin, Erica Early and Hilary Knisely; his sister, Judy and her husband, Dale Coven, of Cowansville; and his brother, A. John and his wife, Beverly Campbell, of Tionesta.

He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and one stepson, Justin Knisely.

CAMPBELL — Friends of Larry D. Campbell, who died Friday, Oct. 26, 2018, will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Buechele Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 707 Kellys Way, East Brady.A parish prayer service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Thursday in the funeral home.A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Eusebius Roman Catholic Church in East Brady with the Rev.
