Main Street in downtown Butler will close Friday night for the annual Jeep Invasion as part of the Bantam Jeep Heritage Festival.

With the seventh annual Bantam Jeep Festival beginning Friday afternoon, various streets in the city will be affected by the Jeep Invasion.

Parking is prohibited on Main Street and in all alleys and adjacent streets to Main Street after 3 p.m. Jeeps will begin parking on Main Street at 5 p.m. and the Invasion will run from 6 to 10 p.m. Main Street traffic will be diverted to Washington and McKean streets.
