The affected roads in Middlesex are State Road, Pointe Drive, Fraser Road east of Route 8, Dwellington Drive, Buckingham Road, Fulton Drive west of Route 8, Lowery Drive and Windermere Drive. In Penn, the areas are Larchwood Drive, West Drive, North Drive, McBride Hill Road, Country Club Heights Lane, Township Lane, Old Plank Road and Powell Road west of Route 8.
