Carry “Carol” Janice (Jones) Creeks passed away at Concordia of Cranberry on Aug. 23, 2020, following declining health. She was 95.

Carry was the youngest of four children, born on Jan. 5, 1925, to Mildred Davies Jones and J. Fulton Jones of Clintonville.

CREEKS — Friends and family of Carrl “Carol” Janice (Jones) Creeks, who died Sunday, Aug. 23, 2020, will be received from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday at Boylan Funeral Home, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople. The family kindly asks that personal facial protection be worn to the funeral home.

A funeral ceremony will be held privately by the family.

She will be laid to rest at Clintonville United Methodist Church Cemetery.
