Alice R. Boozel

Alice R. Boozel, 73, of Renfrew passed away Monday at the Cancer Treatment Center of America in Philadelphia.

She was born Jan. 5, 1945, in Leeper, Pa., and was the daughter of the late Willard Sibble and Emily (Thompson) Sibble.

She was a member of the Connoquenessing United Methodist Church.

Alice was a homemaker and enjoyed bowling, crafting, crocheting and spending time with her family.

Surviving are her children and their spouses, Thomas Boozel, Kimberly (David) Kotomski, Connie (Keith) Nicklas and Kevin (Renee) Boozel; her grandchildren, Sara Kotomski, Tyler Boozel, Stephanie Kotomski, Matthew Kotomski Sr., Airman Zachory (Marie) Boozel, Allison Nicklas, Cody Boozel, Ashley Nicklas, PV2 Private Colton (Kia) Boozel; her siblings, Lavina (Bill) Bradford, John Sibble, Mary (Harry) Tarr, Delbert (Patty) Sibble, Nancy (Ronald) Greibel and Rodney (Reshawn) Sibble.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Eugene B. Boozel, who died May 30, 2016; and two brothers, Clair Sibble Sr. and Willard Sibble Jr.

BOOZEL — Friends of Alice R. Boozel, who died Monday, Jan. 8, 2018, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at Young Funeral Home, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler.Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home with the Rev. Bonnie Rupp Fisher officiating.Interment will follow in the Butler County Memorial Park.In lieu of flowers, gifts may be made to BC3 Foundation-Boozel Family Scholarship, P.O.
