Mary K. Hill

Mary K. Hill, 95, of Zelienople passed away on Sunday, April 18, 2021, surrounded by her loving family.

Born Nov. 28, 1925, in Evans City, she was the daughter of the late Walter Kenneth Knauff and Gladys Staples Knauff.

Mary formerly owned and operated Davison Flower Shop with her first husband, Art, in Butler. She retired from Mine Safety Appliances.

She was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Evans City.

Above all, she was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be dearly missed. She was fondly called “Mema” by all who loved her.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her children, Glenn (Pauline) Davison, Ronald Cooney, Craig Davison and Carol (Glenn) Fogel of Beaver Falls; her grandchildren, Melissa (Bill) Riding, Craig (Brandy) Davison Jr., Josh (Kristin) Fogel, Jessica (Craig) Mastronie, Zachary (Kim) Fogel, Angela Fogel and Nicole (Nolan) Guagenti; 11 great-grandchildren, and her sister, Ruth Rasp.

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her first husband, Arthur Davison; her second husband, Harold E. Hill; her brother, Walter Kenneth Knauff Jr.; her sister-in-law, Marion Knauff; her daughter-in-law, Debbie Davison, and her brother-in-law, Calvin Rasp.

HILL — Friends of Mary K. Hill, who died Sunday, April 18, 2021, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 22, 2021, at BOYLAN FUNERAL HOME, 324 E. Grandview Ave., Zelienople.

A funeral ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.

She will be laid to rest at Evans City Cemetery.
