Marie E. Farbacher

Marie E. Farbacher, 70, of Valencia, died Monday afternoon at her home.

Born June 30, 1946, in Glenshaw, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Helen Manz Unferdorfer.

Marie had worked as a private duty nurse at St. John Specialty Care Center in Mars and had been the office manager and secretary for her husband's business, Farbacher Remodeling. She was a member of St. Kilian Church.

Surviving are one daughter, Suzette (Charles) Foster of Grove City; two sons, Thomas J. Farbacher of West Deer Township and Anthony M. Farbacher of Cranberry Township; one brother, Joseph J. Unferdorfer of Valencia; one sister Janet Seifried, of Acadia, Okla.; and her grandchildren, Autumn Rose (Robert III) Henderson, Sara (Eric) Little, Noelle Foster and Sydne Farbacher. She was the great-grandmother of Jacob, Emily, Starr, Abby, Lealonna, Stevie, Dalton and Carson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas L. Farbacher, who she married June 5, 1965, and who died April 28, 1991; and two brothers, Anthony and Charles Edward Unferdorfer.

FARBACHER — Friends of Marie E. Farbacher, who died Monday, Dec. 26, 2016, will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the McDonald-Aeberli Funeral Home, 238 Crowe Ave., Mars.Blessing services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Charles Bober, pastor of St. Kilian Church, officiating.
