A two-vehicle accident slowed traffic on Route 19 in Cranberry Township on Monday afternoon, Feb. 12, 2018. The accident was reported at about 1:15 p.m., when an SUV appeared to have collided with a car before striking a light post at the intersection of Hartners Road and Route 19.
