Betty Barnhart

Betty Barnhart, 90, of West Sunbury, passed away Saturday, Feb. 27, 2021.

Born April 20, 1930, in Argentine, Betty was a daughter of the late Robert Lee Ferguson and late Lavera Seelbaugh Feguson.

Betty was a member of the Tom Mix Horse Riding Club. She loved the outdoors and loved riding horses.

Betty is survived by two daughters, Faye Hoffman of Grove City and Brenda Saraday; three sons, Domer Arner of West Sunbury, William (Carol) Smith of West Sunbury, and Charles (Lisa) Smith of Warren, Ohio; 12 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren. She also is survived by two sisters, Shirley Pompa of Grove City and Peggy McGee of Grove City.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Barnhart; one son, David Ferguson; two brothers and two sisters.

Barnhart — Visitation for Betty Barnhart, who died Saturday, Feb. 27, 2021, will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the William F. Young Funeral Home 132 Main St., West Sunbury.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

For the safety of family and friends, visitors are required to wear a mask and maintain social distance.

Private burial will be in Greenlawn.
