Employees of AVI Foodsystems, which services Slippery Rock University, decorated pumpkins for a Halloween contest. Peter Damico, director of residential dining, said he began the contest about six years ago. “It has proved to be a morale booster each year and fun for the team members, as well as a time they can show off their pumpkins at their work stations,” Damico said. “Our student guests as well as other guests to the dining hall enjoy the atmosphere the decorated pumpkins add to their visits.”
