Natalie Enslen graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of science degree in special education from Clarion University.

The daughter of Don and Lee Macmillan of Slippery Rock, she is a 1988 graduate of Seneca Valley High School.

She and her husband, Jeff Enslen, reside in Summerville with their two daughters.
