Debra Heist graduated with high honors from Pittsburgh Technical Institute recently, receiving an associate of science degree in graphic design.While at the institute, she received the Richard S. Caliguiri Renaissance Award for Outstanding Achievement.The daughter of Charles and Mary Heist of Butler, she is a 1978 graduate of Butler High School and a 1989 graduate of the Oakbridge Academy of Art, where she received an associate's degree in commercial art.Heist is employed at the Eagle Printery in Butler.
