Pollock

Amber Pollock graduated from Westminster College recently, receiving a bachelor of arts degree in Latin.She also anticipates receiving her teacher's certification.While at the college, she served as president of the Eta Sigma Phi Latin and Greek honorary society.A 2002 graduate of Butler High School, she is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Pollock of Butler.———

Dustin Ferris graduated cum laude with a bachelor of science degree in mathematics recently from Duquesne University.The son of Cindy Ferris of Chicora and Charles Ferris of RPB, Fla., he is a 2002 graduate of Karns City High School.———

<B>Travis McElhaney</B> graduated from the Duquesne University School of Law recently, receiving a Juris Doctorate degree.The son of Don and Louella McElhaney of Fenelton, he is a 1999 graduate of Karns City High School and a 2003 graduate of Allegheny College, where he received a bachelor of arts degree.McElhaney resides in Pittsburgh with his wife Kelly and their daughter.———<B>Ashley Baumbach </B>of Cranberry Township graduated from the University of Scranton recently.———<BR><BR>

<B>Cortney Graham </B>graduated summa cum laude from Gannon University recently, receiving a bachelor of science degree in marketing.While at the university, she received the Academic Excellence in Marketing Award, was named to the dean's list each semester and was an honors scholar. She also participated in the university's honors program.A 2003 graduate of Butler High School, she is the daughter of Leroy and June Rettig of Butler.Graham resides in Clovis, N.M., with her husband Michael.———<BR><BR><BR>

<B>Jennifer Adams</B> graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law recently, receiving a juris doctorate and a certificate in labor and employment law.While at the college, she studied in Rhodos, Greece, under the tutelage of Supreme Court Justice Antonine Scalia.She was named to the dean's list; was the highest ranking student in legal ethics and professional responsibility; and received the merit scholarship, Reinberger Fellow Award, Dymarkowski Endowment Fund Scholarship and ABA-BNA Award for Excellence in the study of Labor and Employment Law.Adams was active in the Women's Law Students Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, Student Bar Association, Delta Theta Phi, Moot Court and the Trial Advocacy Team.She has participated in national trial competitions.The daughter of Thomas and Karen Adams of Parker, she has worked for the Maumee District Attorney's Office, as a teaching assistant for the Summer Honors Institute and Minority Summer Law Program.———

<B>Amanda Hughes</B> graduated summa cum laude from Washington & Lee University recently, receiving a bachelor of science degree with honors in geology.While at the university, she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Omicron Delta Kappa and the Pi Beta Phi sorority. She presented research at the National American Geophysical Meeting and at the National Conference on Undergraduate Research.Hughes is the recipient of the Goldwater Scholarship and was named a George Washington Honors Scholar and a finalist for the Marshall Scholarship.She also received an award from the American Institute for Professional Geologists; was named a Johnston Research Fellow; received the Lena T. Stevens, Marcellus H. Stow and Frank Young Awards in the department of geology; and received the University Jazz Ensemble Award.Her activities included jazz band, wind ensemble, outing club, student recruitment committee, dorm counselor, recruitment counselor and vice president/judicial officer of the Panhellenic Council.A 2002 graduate of Knoch High School, she is the daughter of Roger and Cheryl Hughes of Butler.Hughes has been accepted to Harvard University, where she plans to pursue a doctorate with the Structural Geology and Earth Resources Group.———

<B>Adam Yaracs </B>graduated from the Cleveland Urban Design Cooperative program at Kent State University recently. He received a master's degree in architecture and a certificate in urban design.While at the university, Yaracs spent two semesters studying in Italy. He received a full-tuition scholarship and served as a teaching assistant for one year.The son of Andrew and Gloria Yaracs of Renfrew, he is a 2000 graduate of Butler High School and a 2004 graduate of Kent State University, where he received a bachelor of science degree in architecture.———<BR><BR>

<B>Bobi-Jeanne Fallecker</B> graduated with a fashion design degree recently from the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising in Los Angeles.While attending the 2006 Debut Fashion Show in Los Angeles, Fallecker was invited to attend FIDM's 2007 advanced program for Fashion Designers, where she will design a children's fashion line.She was also presented the Debut award and the full Debut Scholarship for the most promising Fashion Designer.She is the daughter of Eric and Beth Fallecker and the granddaughter of Robert Barnett of Tucson, Ariz., formerly of Butler, and Vincent Fallecker of Butler.———<B>Glenn Crytzer II</B> of Butler graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Music recently.———

<B>Raymond Evanoff </B>graduated summa cum laude from the College of Charleston recently, receiving a bachelor of arts degree in music.While at the college, he was named to the dean's list each semester and received the Gorski Memorial Scholarship, the S.C. Academic Excellence Scholarship and the 2006 School of the Arts Departmental Award for the Department of Music.He was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi honor society.A 2002 graduate of Butler High School, he is the son of Tim and Mary Jean Evanoff of Renfrew.Evanoff has received a grant to study music theory under the direction of Trevor Weston during the summer at the college.———
