Black

Erin Black graduated summa cum laude from Messiah College recently, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in music.While at the college, she participated in the Honors College and was the recipient of the Trustees Scholarship. Amember of the concert choir, she also performed a solo piano recital and was employed in the College Ministries Office.The daughter of Art and Janet Black of Renfrew, she is a 2003 graduate of Knoch High School.She is currently working as an elementary classroom teacher in the New Mexico region of Teach for America.———

<B>Tyler Ginter </B>of Cabot graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in communications.While at the university, he participated in the Seminole video production curriculum, received the Award for Outstanding Undergraduate Student in Media Production and won first place in the sports category at the 2006 Media Production Program Student Video Festival, the 2006 Golden Matrix Award for Best Overall Video Display, and seven International Communicator Awards of Excellence.Ginter also served as president and captain of the Seminole Ranger Challenge Team, was the winner of the Army ROTC Platinum PT Award for four years and won the George C. Marshall Award for outstanding members of the Army ROTC.During summers, he completed Army Airborne School, Army Air Assault School, Leader Development and Assessment Course and the Cadet Professional Development Program, where he served as a Platoon Leader in South Korea.He also participated in Campus Crusade for Christ and volunteered in the Student Broadcasting Center.Tyler is currently commissioned as 2nd Lieutenant in the Army. After fulfilling his training requirements this summer, he will serve at Fort Meade, Md. as part of the 55th Signal Company.

<B>Carol Nagy</B> graduated from the National College of Business and Technology recently, receiving an Associate of Science degree in medical assisting.While at the college, she was named to the honor roll and dean's list.The daughter of Donna Call of Butler and the late Kenneth Call, she is a 1986 graduate of Butler High School.Nagy is currently employed at the Spine and Brain Neurological Center in Lexington, Ky.She resides in Nicholasville, Ky., and has one daughter.———<BR><BR><BR>

<B>Jacob Dodd</B> graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University recently, receiving a Master of Fine Arts degree in photography and film.While at the university, he received the Outstanding Service Award from the university's department of photography and film. He also directed the films "Canticle," "Undefined"and "Nunna Mia e la Barca" during his time at the university.The son of David and Josie Dodd of Worthington, he is a 2005 graduate of Ithaca College, where he received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in film, photography and visual arts, and a 2001 graduate of Kittanning High School.Dodd resides in Richmond, Va., with his wife Kristy.———<BR><BR>

<B>Jessica Sheakley</B> graduated magna cum laude from Clarion University recently, receiving a bachelor's degree in secondary education, mathematics.While at Clarion, she was named to the dean's list each semester and served as a member, president and senior adviser of the Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society. She was also a member of the Conduct Board and the Mathematics Club and volunteered in a tutoring program for elementary and secondary students.Sheakley was also the recipient of the Foundation Leadership Award, the Phillips Scholarship, the Linnan-Brown Recognition, McCall/Burns Scholarship and the Phi Eta Sigma Honors Society Scholarship.She is the daughter of Baxter and Joyce Sheakley.
