Audrey C. Stehle
Audrey C. Stehle, 90, Evans City, formerly of Tidioute and Pittsburgh, passed away on Saturday evening, Nov. 28, 2020, at St. John Specialty Care Center in Mars.
Born Aug. 8, 1930, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late William and Mary Wurm Eperthener.
Audrey was a homemaker, and a member of St. Kilian Church.
In her younger years, she enjoyed bowling, and later was a bowling cheerleader for the league.
She was the mother of Thomas (Sandra) Stehle of Valencia, Steven Stehle of Tidioute, Susan (Harry) Cooper of Sherrodsville, Ohio, and Debra Sullivan of Evans City; the grandmother of William (Debra) Stehle, Adam Stehle, Rochelle (Thomas) Bender, Audra (Thomas) Horton, Melissa (Charles) Petredis, Darci Richardson, Jacqueline (Joshua) Crawford, and Alexandria and Christina Sullivan; the great-grandmother of Thomas, Tyler, Alexis, Abigail, Aleah, Aiden, Brody, Finley, Killian, Annabelle, Ethan, Lucy, Quinn, Landry, Grant, McKenzie and Cameron; and was the sister of Mary Ann Waleko of Pittsburgh.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman J. Stehle Jr., whom she married on Sept. 22, 1949, and who died on Feb. 13, 2001; her son and daughter-in-law, William (Patricia Amaditz) Stehle; and her brothers, William, Louis and Lorenz.
