Maridon Museum, 322 N. McKean St., is hosting a festival of films from India. Films begin at 6 p.m. and include “Dangal” on Thursday and “Charulata” on May 17. Admission is free, but reservations are required by calling 724-282-0123. Zelda Wilbert will give a presentation at 7 p.m. May 15 as part of the Collectors series. Regular gallery hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesdays through Saturdays, except holidays. Museums admission is $4 for adults, $3 for senior citizens and students, and free for children younger than 8 accompanied by an adult. Harmony Museum, 218 Mercer St., Harmony, has tours that include the 1809 main museum building and wine cellar and a neighboring early 19th century house, both built by the communal Harmony Society, and a Mennonite log house, offered from 1 to 4 p.m. daily, except when the museum is closed Mondays and major holidays. Carnegie Science Center on the North Side, hosts a program on the ecology of the aquatic and terrestrial life stages of mole salamanders at 7 p.m. Monday. Science center hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some movies and shows are later. Admission is $18.95 for adults and $11.95 for children ages 3 to 12; films are extra.
