Johnston pulls in 61-1 upset winner
WASHINGTON, Pa. — Trainer/driver Aaron Johnston of Evans City guided Penniman to victory against 61-1 odds during harness racing action Tuesday at The Meadows.
The 6-year-old gelding came from well back to take the $6,000 Conditioned Trot.
Elsewhere on the card, Slippery Rock resident Brady Brown drove 3-year-old filly Bastion to victory in a $10,000 Conditioned Trot.
